Maple Links Crescent Rolls

Ingredients 

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. 
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Add the Maple Breakfast Jack Sausage Links and cook for 7 minutes, turning regularly. Remove from the pan and set aside. 
  3. In a small bowl, beat two eggs . Reserve 1 Tablespoon of the egg to be used as a wash later. Scramble the eggs in the same pan, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. 
  4. On a parchment lined baking sheet, separate dough into four triangles. Top each triangle with a spoonful of scrambled egg and 1 Maple Breakfast Jack Sausage Link. Roll up, ending with the smallest tip of the triangle on the outside. Brush each roll with the reserved egg.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Serve warm with maple syrup.
