Cooking Instructions

AIR FRYER (MOST DELICIOUS!)

At 400°F, cook 2 tenders for 12-14 minutes or all tenders for 13-15 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking.

OVEN

Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook tenders on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet for 15-17 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking.

MICROWAVE

Cook 2 tenders on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Flip tenders halfway through cook time and allow 2 minutes to cool before enjoying. These instructions were developed using a 1200-watt microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on microwave power. Product should be fully cooked to 165F. If the product is not fully cooked, cook for an additional 15 seconds.

Food should be crispy, but remain moist. Please remember to let sit for 2 minutes before enjoying.
