jack & annie’s Buffalo Wing Sliders

Spicy, tangy, delicious buffalo sliders, look no further! These bite-sized sliders with jack & annie’s buffalo wings are easy to make and so yummy! They are perfect for your next get together, lunch, or game day! Kick up the spice with some extra hot sauce and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 package jack & annie’s buffalo jack wings
  • 6 slider rolls
  • 3 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Bread-and-butter pickles
  • Hot sauce (optional)
  • Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing, for serving (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook wings on a nonstick baking sheet for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Heat a dry skillet over medium. Slice rolls in half and brush with melted butter. Working in batches, add the buns to the skillet, cut sides down, and toast for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

To assemble sliders, spread mayonnaise on each side of toasted bun, add 1-3 pickles and two buffalo jack wings. Serve with celery, blue cheese dressing and hot sauce, if desired.
