INGREDIENTS: Jackfruit, Water, Soy flour, Canola oil, Onions, Natural flavours, Methylcellulose, Onion and garlic powder, Salt, Spices, Sugars (apple juice powder), Carrot juice powder.

Cooking Instructions


On low heat, simmer Bites with your favorite sauce in a saucepan for 13-16 minutes, stirring frequently. Optionally, before simmering, saute Bites in 1T vegetable or coconut oil on medium to sear the outside.


At 205ºC  (400ºF), cook Bites for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.


1. Preheat oven to 205ºC  (400ºF).
2. Place Bites on a non-stick or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.

Cook all frozen food to a minimum internal temperature of 74ºC  (165ºF). Product should be seared but remain moist. Please remember to let sit for 2 minutes before enjoying.
