Cooking Instructions

AIR FRYER (Most Delicious!)

  • At 400°F, cook 2 fillets for 9-10 minutes or all fillets for 12-13 minutes.
  • Flip fillets halfway through cooking

OVEN

  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Cook fillets on a non-stick or parchment-lined baking sheet for  16-17 minutes.
  • Flip fillets halfway through cooking.

Food should be crispy, but remain moist. Please remember to let sit for 2 minutes before enjoying.
