Cooking Instructions

STOVETOP (MOST DELICIOUS!)

Saute sausages in 1T vegetable or coconut oil in a non-stick pan on medium-low heat for 6-8 minutes, turning regularly.

AIR FRYER

At 205ºC  (400ºF), cook sausages for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

Cook all frozen food to a minimum internal temperature of 74ºC  (165ºF). Product should be seared but remain moist. Please remember to let sit for 2 minutes before enjoying.
