1 package Savory Jack Crumbles from Jack and Annie’s
½ small yellow onion, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 chipotle in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1 T adobo sauce
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp paprika
Corn tortillas, warmed
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and onion and sauté until onions are softened.
- Stir in crumbles, chopped chipotle, adobo sauce, cumin and paprika. Cook until crumbles are browned, stirring regularly for even crisping. For a saucier taco filling, add 2-3 tablespoons of water, turn heat to medium and let simmer until sauce thickens.
- Warm tortillas in the oven or in a separate skillet.
- Divide crumbles among warmed tortillas and top with lettuce, tomato, or any of your favorite taco toppings. Enjoy!
