Savory Jack Chipotle Tacos

Ingredients

1 package Savory Jack Crumbles from Jack and Annie’s

½ small yellow onion, chopped

1 tsp minced garlic

1 chipotle in adobo sauce, finely chopped

1 T adobo sauce

¼ tsp cumin

¼ tsp paprika 

Corn tortillas, warmed

Shredded lettuce

Diced tomato

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and onion and sauté until onions are softened. 
  2. Stir in crumbles, chopped chipotle, adobo sauce, cumin and paprika. Cook until crumbles are browned, stirring regularly for even crisping. For a saucier taco filling, add 2-3 tablespoons of water, turn heat to medium and let simmer until sauce thickens.
  3. Warm tortillas in the oven or in a separate skillet.
  4. Divide crumbles among warmed tortillas and top with lettuce, tomato, or any of your favorite taco toppings. Enjoy!
